Where do you ship across Australia?

We deliver live fancy guppies and snails across most Australian states from our Brisbane base. However, due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship to Tasmania (TAS) or the Northern Territory (NT).

Which days do you post orders?

To prevent live fish and snails from sitting in courier depots over the weekend, we exclusively dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays via express services.

How are live fish and snails packaged for transit?

All livestock is carefully secured in breathable, heavy-duty bags enclosed within insulated styrofoam boxes. We include specialised heat packs or cool packs depending on the weather conditions to maintain stable water temperatures.

What is your live arrival guarantee policy?

We offer a full live arrival guarantee. In the unlikely event of a dead on arrival (DOA), please record a clear unboxing video showing the unopened bag. Send this to us upon receipt, and we will refund all costs including shipping.
